Thank you to the Wilderness Medical Society and the team at Wilderness Medicine Magazine. We have an article in the Headwaters section in the latest issue, featuring our program with Thom Pollard, Mt Everest: Who Takes The Trash Out? Find the article here:
Mt. Everest: Who Takes the Trash Out?
We were happy to share the show and contribute to a conversation on the continuing effort to clean up the South side of the mountain. Please check out the show and let us know what you think.
Once again a big thank you to the staff at Wilderness Medicine Magazine, and of course, our friend Thom Pollard. Jam Jam!!

Let your work makes live longer cleaner himilayas.
I wish I can be self volunteer in your cleaning task, as I m financial free family man….. I did most of tea house base camp of napal…
Thanks for your comment, we really appreciate you taking the time. We hope the tables are turning and the clean ups will continue but mostly the climbing companies have to change the way they do business. Traditionally you can go clean things up and next season the same companies come back and leave a mess. These huge teams leave a lot of waste. You could see it on K2 this year. We hope the clients will realize it’s not just getting to the top, it’s leaving it better than you found it that is the real measure of who you are.
